The dividers fit perfectly in my dresser drawers (which were within the specified size guidelines). The pressure exerted by the springs is just perfect--it is strong enough to keep the dividers in place but not so strong as to harm my dresser. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for some extra organizational help! I really like the wood and it holds in place very well. I have them in my underwear, sock, and t-shirt drawers.
