I have had a front loader for many years. My husband was in the service and we lived over seas and that was basiclly all they had. I think they are great, they use very little water compared to the top loader. I was told they use about 11 gallons vs about 55 for top loader so if you have a septic system it works. I never had any problem with mold as i wipe the rubber gaskett around the door when i am done and leave the door a little ajar thats not a lot, My clothes are almost dry when they come out and it cleans fine. I have had this model for many years i actually bought one used that lasted me 6 years and i just bought the new one which has an anti vibration bar in it which i highly recommend. I love these machines and will continue to buy them, the water you save alone is great especially if you have city water and have to pay for it plus it is great for conservation. One of the appliance places locally told me never buy a front loader there not any good and we don't sell them. I think that some people don't like change and the persons opinion as far as i am concerned is baseless. Using them for over 30 years and love them as i said before european countries been using them a long long time. I think there great!!! I won't buy another top loader they are very wastefull as far as i am concerned they waste to much water.

Don't buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux Appliance. I had two die in Seven Years I Purchased a Five Year Extended Warranty on the Second one from Yale Appliance in Dorchester Mass.It was Forty days out Warranty when it died I asked them if they could do anything For me and they said NO.I Purchased a TV from Tweeter several years ago it was out of Warranty for a short Time They Replaced the TV no Problem unlike Yale Appliance Don't buy from Yale Appliance. I was told buy a Repair shop to never buy Frigidaire or Electrolux.

Do not buy any front load washing machine. It does not matter what brand it is. Will not dry out properly and produce mold, mildew and bacteria which you will not be able to be clean. Check the internet and you will see why all front load manufacturers are being sued for this.
