I purchased this in April for my Kitchen remodel. I have to say that overall, I'm pleased with the purchase. It was simple to install (although it would have been nice to have hot and cold water labeled) and it works great. The different spray options come in handy when switching between washing dishes and filling a pot for cooking.

Cons: I got the brushed finish faucet and the finish is rubbing off, exposing a shinier surface. I went ahead and rubbed the rest of it off as well, and it doesn't look as bad now. It just makes it look less new.

Also, the angle of the spray is a little aggravating as well. I'm not sure if it's all pull-out faucets that do this, or maybe if it's just my water pressure, but the water comes out at about 20
