This review is from: Step2 101 Piece Play Food Assortment (Toy) I expected these to be of the same quality as the toy food that came with the Step2 50's Diner set, but it's not. The pie, pizza, chocolate, and cookies only have the top. The bottom is hollow. The picture of the watermelon shows the green rind and black seeds, but the rind and seeds on the watermelon slices I received are just red. Also, the plastic is hard. Not like the softer plastic of the food that came with the 50s Diner. One of the ice cream pieces was dented, and one of the tacos was scratched. They are very cheap looking, and I even thought that I got products still under manufacturing process (because they really don't look as neat as "final" products). The bottom side of most of them are just openings (which I hate). I am thinking of either returning them or just use the ones look ok, such as banana. I really feel I wasted my money. |
