They are as thin as tissue paper or perhaps thinner, the edges of the design have simply been cut, there is no hem. I was be shocked if these lasted through one machine wash without falling completely apart. This is something I would expect to see at the Dollar Store for . That is all I would pay for them. It is NOTHING like the pretty curtain in the picture the seller posted. It is a faded screen printed picture on top of a paper thin and scratchy material, with no finished edges. It looks like someone's kid cut it out around the design. It was already frayed and unraveling around the bottom edge. It's going into my Goodwill box. I would throw it away but I wasted on it, I might as well get a tax deduction by donating it. Be warned, I don't think you can even wash this thing. It's so delicate it would probably fall apart in the machine. I would have given this item zero stars, but it isn't an option. My only comment to others is that they are not white as pictured, but very sheer. If you are looking for something that is not see-through these are not for you. I would preferred they not be sheer, but hung them anyway and they do look beautiful. |
