Kitchen Aid usually makes lasting products but this crap called the KFP 720 lasted about 3 months or 15-20 uses. Surprised they put their "Kitchen Aid" name on it...

1.0 out of 5 stars Bad product and terrible service, December 21, 2011

Idiotic design. Takes a lot of time to get parts together and much longer to reattach them. Works slow (to compare to my and 10 years old one). The only + it's not very noisy. After the very first try to see how it works, I sent it back and the seller refused to return full price. Seller paid back on .79 less, saying there were "scratches".(and shipping was + back). I am a jewelry professional, I know what scratches mean, there weren't. It was clean, in original package, new. BTW their policy says "for return must be absolutely unused". So.. how should we know then??? Terrible experience.

I've only used it a few times but I've been happy with it so far. I'll update if anything goes wrong with this processor but it's pretty hefty. I feel confident that it'll last for years to come!
