I gave 4/5 because the expanders are held by tabs that snap into holes. They tend to slip out if you pick it up by the middle, but as long as it is in a drawer, it won't matter too much. If they could connect the expanders in more secure way, then I would have given 5/5. This review is from: Madesmart 2 by 16 by 13-1/4 to 21-1/4-Inch Expandable Silverware Tray, Granite (Kitchen) I ordered two of these. Both came with defects - one had a corner snapped off. On the other one the plastic had a big open crack by the little pegs that hold the 3 parts together. The broken pieces were inside the sealed plastic bags. The package itself was well padded with the little air pillows and the box was undamaged, so they probably were broken before shipping. I decided to keep them anyway, as they are great organizers. I'm now able to use the entire 21" width of my drawers. The sections are fine, even for my oversized flatware. They look great in the drawer, too. No longer do my large pieces have to slide around on the drawer bottom - they are contained in the large side pieces.
