Seems to be a direct replacement although not sure if it's OEM or not. Regardless, it popped right in and doesn't leak. I have not changed it out as I'm waiting on the washer pump itself. I hear most people like this grommet/strainer combination. I think it's a much better option than the grommet only. We'll see soon enough. After receiving my washer pump, I've now installed it with this grommet/strainer. Lo and behold, my car had the exact same grommet/strainer in place. Direct replacment! An easy 15 min fix, the part fits perfectly, no more leak. I order two, just in case.
